I've been trying to lost weight for the past 20 years.  I've been a member of weight watchers for years, and I've watched my weight go up and down.  I like weight watchers as a program, it's just hard for me to stick with it. 

I'm a frugal gal by nature, so I don't want to lose money! 

One of my favorite recipes I'm going to have today has coconut milk, greek yogurt, chia seeds and strawberries blended together.  Yum yum.
