This goes against everything I thougt I knew and have been told about weightloss.  My go to is usually restrict all carbs!  But after reading a couple of books, watching a documentary and seeing a success story from my bff I decided to give it a try.  I'm only on day 4 but giving up the meat hasn't been that hard.  The first day or two was pretty rough.  I felt grouchy and had a serious headache but today I feel pretty good!  Hey and since my favorite food is the POTATO any diet that says I can eat them every day if I want is worth a try ;-)   I think my biggest challenge will be finding quick and easy snacks (other than fruit) that isn't full of oils and fat.
