I was feeling discouraged because I haven't been able to workout much and thought I was doing awful in this dietbet, but I got on the scales today and I am down 4.5 pounds. It gives me renewed motivation and hope for a better lifestyle. I LOVE eating fruits and vegetables and I know that really helps me reach my goals. Congratulations to all that have joined in the challenges and are taking steps in the right direction for a longer, healthier life. Lets keep it up!
