So I have now successfully proven to myself that no alcohol, moving My buns 3 times a day and planning, tracking and fueling my body healthfully DOES WORK!

Rocked out the Ali-Biggest Loser Kickstarter and my first 4 weeks of the April 26th Transformer and the first 3 weeks of the May 3rd Transformer.  So now it is time to make my plan for success for this round.

I have joined several more bets - might as well get paid to do this ;)
