Just made my weight public... scary! But it feels more real now. And with dieting the last few days, I have lost a few pounds already and feel confident with how well this month is going to go already. I also just hit my first 'non scale victory' by exceeding 10,000 steps on my new FitBit, so i'm happy about the way things are going so far :)

To win, I need to lose 8lbs this month (4 now), but my goal is to lose 15! (I've been so bloated with my unhealthy lifestyle, so this isn't an extreme number as about half of that will be water weight! <3)

Cutting:

Alcohol- None at all for this month, and then after that just on special occasions (vacation, birthdays, etc). My goal is to not keep it in the house or drink a couple beers with dinner every night etc.

Red Meat- I love my cheeseburgers, but hoping cutting this out for at least a month with help me with my digestion issues.

Gluten- No cheats! Done for good.

Dairy- No milk or cheese. Greek yogurt in moderation (mostly for veggie dips... can't give that up just yet).

Sugar- I have a few small 'cheats' on hand to stop myself from going out and binging, but it is still a significant reduction... going from sweets and pastries all day to just an after meal mint is a pretty big deal to me!

TMI update: Anyone else have to pee ALL THE TIME without all the terrible salts and sugars in your diet?! I've always drank a lot of water, but now it is going RIGHT through me. Jeez.
