I will spend seven days of this challenge eating amazing food during my vacation in Maui. And 2 days stress eating during airport travel, and 3 days eating -whatever is in the house so we don't leave food to spoil while we're gone. I may be crazy to start this, but I'm hoping it will motivate me to stay on track. Here goes nothing.
