I usually do the worst on the weekends, and I found during previous diet bets that if I planned my weekend and wrote it down publicly I did much better.

 

Friday:

-Gym after work (at least 30 minutes of cardio)

-Dinner: Protein shake

-Get some cleaning done

-Relax!

 

Saturday:

-Wake up at 8AM (may get up earlier)

-10 minute Sworkit workout

-Breakfast: Cheerios w/skim milk

-Spend some time at the driving range

-Lunch: Turkey burger with sweet potato chips

-5 mile race at 2

-Can have one beer post race, and one at home later

-Dinner: Protein shake and salad

 

Sunday:

-Wake up at 7AM

-Breakfast: Cereal w/skim milk

-Bike 10 miles on the rail trail + stop at farmer's market for greens

-Run errands

-Lunch: Panera turkey panini, fuji apple salad, chips

-Go grocery shopping

-If time, clean out car

-Soccer game at 4PM (watching)

-Dinner: Turkey burger w/sweet potato chips (no alcohol today)

-Relax!

 

Make sure to get at least 8 glasses of water each day.
