Breakfast - Egg White Omelete with some low fat cheese and coffee.
Lunch - Gluten free bread with avocado spread, turkey , low fat cheese and tomatoe. Gosh those deserts looked so good !! But I was STRONG and did not fall into temptation!! Instead, I had some sweet potatoe. ( FYI: My company gives us FREE GOURMET BREAKFAST AND LUNCH ALL YOU CAN EAT EVERYDAY)
Packed my backpack with gym clothes to head out later after work. Of course my company had to do a happy hour invitation for the 10th floor patio this afternoon.... To go or not to go ? Maybe for a little wine ? Nahhhh gym is more important right now . Thankfully, our company gym is 20 steps away from my desk , so I really have no excuse!! I have to take it easy since I woke up with a pinched nerve between my shoulder and neck.. Will update you all later and let you know how it goes ! :)
