I could hardly believe it when I stepped on the scale a few hours ago. Just got home from visiting the folks over the weekend. When we left, I had gained a few pounds since my previous weighin. I knew those pounds were just water weight, so the last few days, I've been doing my own cleanse. I really didn't expect to see that big a difference.. after all, I eat rather well, normally.

Before my weigh in, I had eggs & bacon & coffee for breakfast. I then sat on my butt for 4 hours (drive home). During which I had a protein shake and a protein bar. Course, been drinking a lot of water (and stopping at every rest stop). Got home... figured I'd see where I was at. And I'm *below* my requirement!!!

Course, I know how my body can fluctuate between days (yes, just a few hours. I've weighed more in the morning then the night before)...so I dont' know what tomorrow's final weigh in will bring. I'm hoping, for sure. But I've already decided I've won. No matter what, I'm going to treat myself to a hot stone massage.
