I gave birth to my second child in May of  2015. It is now June 2016, and I have failed to lose the last 20 lbs gained from that preganancy. I have been yo-yo dieting for the past year and it is so frustrating not getting any results. I work out for a few weeks and end up getting discouraged at the lack of results I want and/or expect at such a short period of time. The problem is that I know what I have to do in order to lose the pounds, but also lack that motivation to keep pushing. before I got pregnant the second time around, I was at my ideal weight and was eating right and exercising was part of my daily life. I loved it!, it has become harder now with 2 children, a husband, a dog, and working full time. 

 

I am tired of having to start all over again every time. Now is the time to fully commit and push myself to the limits. 

 

Now is my time! :)
