I've let myself go, and mostly it's because the world tells me that I am thin so I must be healthy. That is not the case. I haven't worked out in months, at least not regularly. We moved in January, and got a Y membership in February, and I've used it four times. Total. I've put on roughly five pounds since we've moved, and honestly, I can tell even if other people cannot. My husband and I are both committed to lose 4% of our body weight in 4 weeks. That will put me back to where I was in January. That just more than 1 pound per week. I can do this. I need to set a better example for my daughters. It's not about being thin. It's about being healthy.
