Okay I just weighed in this morning for month 4 of my Transformer game.  I didn't make this month's goal. :-(  

Now I am more determined than ever to give it all I've got and I am still in it to win it!  I got kind of lazy in my tracking efforts using the Lose It app and also my Jawbone UP24 quit working. 

I am thinking about getting the Withings scale to help me get back on track.  Anybody use it?  I've read all the reviews and they all look good.  The one I want is $129 on the Withings website.  I am not getting the one that measure cardio because I can't exercise much due to knee problems (although I do own and use a recumbent stationery bike at home).

All told I am still down 16 lbs since I started all this and it has helped me tremendously in the long run.  I only have a little over 5 lbs to reach my Transformer goal and I know I can do it.  I have a major hurdle coming up though.  Vacation.  I am hoping I can go and have a good time and not give in to eating and drinking too much.  

All in all Dietbet is helping me to stay focused and I am grateful for that.  It's impressive to see within my Transformer group that together we have lost over 4,698 lbs which is amazing!  Even if I don't win the final weigh-in I am still down and very happy about it!
