I'm getting excited about starting on Monday.

I know what to do, what works for me. The difficulty is doing it, all of it at once, and sustaining it.

I'm hoping the competition, deadlines, and chance of money will spur me to pull it all together.

My plan is to begin with the Virgin Elimination diet, which worked so well before- no wheat, corn, sugars, eggs, peanuts, dairy, or soy.  Then, move on to reducing my carbs(which won't be that bad on the elimination diet, but still). Then get back into calorie cycling.  And eventually, get some exercise in there.

Also featuring: drinking enough water, walking more, getting sun, getting enough sleep, being creative for relaxation, meditating, yoga, and doing tapping. All things that are great for me, and yet still seem to slip by the wayside.
