Okay, weigh-in done. Depressing weight of 214. But not for much longer.
I wore the exercise capris that I bought last week to go kayaking in. Tucked in my shirt, with every bulge showing. :( I am hoping that I will be swimming in this outfit by the end.
This is the first time I have done Dietbet, so I hope I did the pictures correctly. I am glad they have a review and let you know if you are ready to proceed.
My plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast of kale and turkey sausage. Lunch, pork and veg soup and salad with avocados. Dinner, barbeque chicken, tomato and cucumber salad, and cauliflower. Snacks, vegetables!!
My first three weeks will not include calorie restriction, just food restriction. I am cutting out: wheat, corn, soy, peanuts, added sugars, dairy, and eggs. Not worrying about carbs yet, so fruit will be fine, but I am going to avoid it for the first few days anyways, to help get my cravings under control quicker.
In addition, I will try to do stretching and a twenty minute walk.
