Yesterday did not go as planned.

I did fine food-wise, but...

Over-did it in the morning doing yardwork, and got heat exhaustion or some such. The afternoon and evening was spent in bed, recovering. I will try not to be so foolish in the future.

Weight this morning, 211.

Plan for today:

Breakfast- salmon and artichoke hearts. Lunch- pork and veg soup and salad. Dinner- barbeque chicken, cauliflower, tomato and cucumber salad.

Twenty minute walk and stretching hoped for.

I'd like to do some regular token weigh-ins. Maybe every four days? I do love a graph! :)
