I forgot how satisfying eating good food is. My family is on board.  I had cooked chicken breasts on the George Foreman and they wanted Bojangles for dinner.  They got the bowls - 750 calories.  I only had 500 left for day.  So I got the small dirty rice and my grilled chicken breast - it was satisfying and within the calories.

This morning a whole cup of greek yogurt a cup of blueberries and a cup of strawberries.  I am stuffed!  It was sweet and tart and creamy.

Now on to plan easy, healthy camping food for 4th of July.  We had been doing hot dogs and potato chips but need to make better meals.
