Seems I got lazy posting my daily activity, so thought I'd post my exercise sheet, its been 1 month and a day since I started it, and only skipped 3 days total, and always boosted my next day workout to make up for it. Have to say I'm quite impressed with how things went, definitely grounded my new healthy habbit of daily cardio and constantly pushed my limits.

The new time record is 200 mins a day in 2 rounds: one 2 h, one 1 h and 20 mins total 1755 cals.

And the new calorie record is 612 cals burned in 60 mins, but I'm guessing my eliptical trainer is underestimating them though since it doesnt ask for your bodyweight and I'm pretty big.

Total distance in 1 month - 565 kilometers

Under 1 pound left to win this dietbet round and 2 days to go.

Now for the tricky part...

Exit Strategy

The only thing I'm worried about as usual is the time in between bets (of course I am joining right after, otherwise I feel life is meaningless).

Hopefully this time I wont regain half my efforts back in the 2-3 days in between games. Last game I put on 1.2 kg in the time between weigh-out and new game weigh-in :((

Strategy Point 1 - Submit weigh-out photos at the very last minute

Strategy Point 2 - Have an intermitent fasting day the next days: eat breakfast and lunch first day, and the next lunch and dinner, so there's a 24h window.

Strategy Point 3 - Maybe lose the carbs, I'm deffinitely losing weight faster without carbs but I might turn into a cooky monster if I dont bend. Risky

Strategy Point 4 - Maybe an accountability buddy...
