I am glad I chose as my goal for this week, just to eat the right foods, not worrying about quantity. That has been challenge enough.

I have not managed to walk or do stretches even once this week, and it bums me out. So much for putting myself first. How does one even do that, when there are all these other responsibilities staring you in the face?

I don't know what I should add to my goals this week. I want to bump it up, but I feel as if I just held on by the skin of my teeth this last week. Can I really do more? :(
