Eating right is paying off: I got to the point yesterday that I forgot to eat until afternoon, and found it easy to wait until I could have something healthy.

Little steps.

I was going to weigh-in with a token today(decided I would do that every 4-5 days) and found I am not allowed. I guess once per week for an official weigh-in is the limit. I'm actually impressed, because the tokens cost money and it would seem to be to the site's benefit to allow more. Makes me pleased for their standards.

I did figure out how to do an un-offical weigh-in, though.

I was a little light on water yesterday. Hoping to do better today.
