2 years ago I was a slim attractive gal...then slowly but surely the weight has crept on! over 2 stone in 2 years....and counting! If I keep going I'll be enormous before I know it so it's time to STOP!

I've started to make sensible food choices, joined a gym (Ok I've not been yet but I will), got some funky new trainers and joined WW! I need to hit this from all angles.

So here we go! I want to do it at a nice steady 1.5 a week (2 is too much for me I think but 1 is too slow!) So thats half a stone a month. I want to lose 3 stone 1 lb in total but 2 stone 1lb before my birthday in November...there are almost 20 weeks. That's 25lb so it gives me a bit of wiggle room to sometimes only lose 1lb!

If I really push it to 2lb a week that would be 40lb which is just under 3st! That would be amazing but I think that's a bit of magical thinking!

Anyway lets do this first week and see what happens. I'm going for the low carb approach and trying to do 10,000 steps per day!
