So my boss and I decided to try the 3 day military diet. I was skeptical because I definitley eat to live, not the other way around. I like variety and flavor and this diet doesn't have much of that. So far I have had:

Breakfast:

1/2 Grapefruit

1 Slice of Toast

2Tbs of Peanut Butter

1 Cup of Tea (unsweetened) with Caffeine

 

Lunch:

1/2 Cup of Tuna (1 can)

1 Slice of Toast

1 Cup of Tea (unsweetened) with Caffeine

 

I was getting a little hungry for lunch, and now feel pretty full. Dinner will be:

 

3oz of Meat

1 Cup of Green Beans

1/2 of a Banana

1 Small Apple

1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

 

I am looking forward to the dinner!
