Hi,

I've decided to join the LSF challenge here on DietBet. I'm looking forward to it. I love the 2 week challenges Katie designs on her LSF page and I've had a lot of success with them. I'm not new to health and fitness, but total Wellness is sometihing I'm focusing on. I used to be in pretty good shape but slowly back slid over a decade, epsecially after I got pregnant. But this past March I decided to make a big push forward to get myself some momentum. I signed up with my favorite fitness lady Denise Austin for her 10 Week 360 plan. It's the first time I ever tried a plan before. My main goal was to work out every day for atleast 30 minutes, and secondary was diet changes. Her plan features daily meal plans, but with my family, I couldn't just drop new foods on them. So diet changes where small at first. Still I felt that the small diet changes combined with the 60% increase in exercise should have yielded more results. After 10 weeks my left hip and knee where hurting from the cardio and I think I lost maybe 10 lbs, maybe. Not bad. But I remembered I never really lost weight in the past exercising with Denise, but with her in the background while do treadmill stuff or weights. So I thouhgt about getting a treadmill, but I live in a small house and there's no where for that. I thought about working out with some one else, just to break it up. But I'm really picky about who I exercise with. I happened upon Katie through Instagram some how, I go on late night bunny trails on Instagram. A fabletics tag led me to her. She had a post about her current challenge which was abs. I thought I'd join in and give my hip and knee a rest. I was happy to feel and see a difference after 2 weeks. This inspired me to make bigger changes to my diet and really try to eat as clean as possible. I think this has made the biggest difference.

So I'm excited to do this DietBet challenge with LSF, because I know it will give me some awesome results. Katie knows her stuff, and I'm learning new moves and getting rid off some old fat!
