Oy vey.... up about 8 lbs since April 2016! Too many over indulgent dining out excursions, along with BBQs, birthday parties, etc... as well as drinking pretty much whatever I've wanted this summer. Definitely need to get back on track with my health & weight. I tend to fluctuate a lot, but 183 is the highest number I've seen in awhile now. Eeeeek! Just gotta keep at it and not lose sight of my goals.....
