I'm very excited to start eating healthy again. I am going to the store soon to stock up on some healthy essentials. I am just going to eat smaller portions.. snack right..drink lots of water and try to keep this stress free. Smarter food choices are easier to stick with instead of trying wacky diets. I am going to try eliminating on bad major choice a week and just replacing it with a better alternative. In the past I've gone all in right away and overwhelmed myself. As far as adding in more activity I plan on walking. Im trying to keep with the theme of going back to basics.
