1 day down! Statrted my morning at the gym. Since I was completely out of shape I struggle but pushed thru. I started my work day and stuck to the food plan I had set up the night before. I would say based on my previous experience with WW I probably ate double my recommended calories EASY considering when I tracked points on an average day they were double sometimes triple the recommended. Today I stuck to my plan. Something I struggled with for weight watchers because I knew that I could eat anything as long as within my points and I did then ended up bingeing and ruining the whole thing. Today was a successful day i would say. Ready for day 2!
