not off to a great start...

unofficially started a few days before the official deitbet start date (to coincide with the my WW weigh in).

 

promptly made poor food choices for the rest of week. fish tacos for lunch and pizza for dinner. hospital food Wed + Thursday, dinner out w/the little family on Friday.

 

ugh.

hoping i can still turn this around.

i struggle the most with coming up with things to eat.

 

highighlights: took 2 walks in place of going out and getting lunch. ate my salad instead. made coffee at home rather than going to DD all week. had steel cut oatmeal w/ brown sugar, craisins, walnuts + peabut butter, instead of any of the other unhealthy options i could have chosen.
