Alright, I am going to treat this as a journal of sorts.  I do not write this for anyone but myself but anyone is welcome to read and share.  I believe accountability is hugly important....at least it is for me.  I am going to use the motivation from Dietbet along with my Fitbit and the program associated for my food log.... at least now, I may find some thing better.  My story is brief.  I have lost weight before... 170lbs to be exact.  Sadly I have found about 3/4's of it.  So I know it is very possible to lose.  It is for me a struggle to balance the weight loss part of my world with everything else.  When I have lost weight in the past I allowed it to be all comsuming, and that is why I have regained.  It was not possible to maintain that lifestyle forever.  I am going to take this oppurtunity to ease into a new lifestyle that incorporates some of my previous healthy habits into my very busy life.  I am a wife and momther.  We have 5 children including our latest addition of  a lovely foreign exchange student from Italy.  Balance is my new goal.  So here I go, I have started my day at 6a.m. with grapes even though I wanted something else...typical.  Why can't bisquits and gravy be a healthy choice....for every meal??
