It's amazing how quickly one's mental image of themselves can begin to change. I'm only  five days back into my healthy habits of my younger days and I'm already starting to feel better and more like myself. I went to a dance class a few days ago which I was scared to do and almost decided against it. Even though I looked ridiculous and ccould hardly breath and did the moves wrong, I'm so glad I went. The group atmosphere was so uplifting and motivating. It was really nice connecting with people without needing to " have it together". I have also been replacing some meals with nutritional shakes and I love it! I feel a little lighter and cleaner even though I'm still heavy. I hope I will keep it up and I wish this good feeling on everyone!
