I feel like I’ve been pretty open with everyone about my weightloss journey over the years.
Around 2011 I was at my heaviest

I decided to make a change and lost 30lbs

I’ve never been someone who always stays at a steady weight but rather someone who fluctuates between 5-10lbs.
In the years since my diet I’ve been able to maintain however the fluctuation is always between 130-140 (a little heavier this week.. yikes :/ ) and I’d like to move that to a healthier 125-135.
Here’s to our challenge for being the motivation needed!
