It's been a long day and even though I did not eat bad food, I barely haven't eaten anything and I know that is not good either. It is 8:39 p.m. and of course I am starving, but nautious too because I haven't really eaten anything. I just hope I can get on track and make better choices for my meals that will sustain me. The bright side is that I've already walked over the 10,000 steps, which is always a good thing. I know this is difficult for everyone in their own way, but this was not a good Monday for me.
