Today I weighed myself to see what I would be before taking my photos in a few days. I have to say I am at the heaviest I have been in 8 years. I am super disappointed in myself and wondering how I even let myself get this far. I am truly hoping this will help me get my butt back in gear. These numbers are not what I was expecting to see.
