THM is an awesome plan, but for me, if I don't stay focused, I stall. I end up eating to many crossovers without realizing it, to many heavy S meals because who doesn't love nuts and cheese? Than I realize that I am eating more THM desserts than veggies. I've done THM for over 3.5 years. Sometimes very faithfully, sometimes not really at all. I love the plan, I love the concept. Sometimes I just need the extra boost to keep going. That is what this challenge is all about. It is about getting healthy together, in a healthy way! No fads or gimmicks, but consistent healthy choices make the difference!
