So while I am generally healthy, I've struggled with doing all the things I should in the pst couple of months for several reasons (school/kids, work, family issues). But the long and short is that I haven't been prioritizing me and this challenge seemed like the perfect time to get back to me. I've planned and prepped all my meals for the week so I literally grab and go in the morning. And (as I knew), I'm saving money, still eating enough to fuel my body but it's real food that gives me sustained energy. Even sat right next to a plate of free cookies all day today without even really loooking at them! Small victories
