
Feeling pretty great right now!
Had a great breakfast burrito with a whole wheat tortilla*, 1 egg*, 1 maple sausage link chopped up, 1 TBSP pico de gallo*, 1-1/2 tsp plain yogurt (in place of sour cream), 1 TBSP guacamole, 1/2 TBSP green salsa, and 1/2 C 1% milk*. Yummy!
A deliciously filling strawberry-banana smoothie for lunch: 3/4 Banilla yogurt*, 1/2 C strawberry-banana Kefir, 1 C strawberry halves*, 2 TBSP oat bran*, 1/2 tsp turmeric*, dash of black pepper.
For dinner I'll be crafting up one heck of a taco. Another whole wheat tortilla*, 1 TBSP pico de gallo*, 1-1/2 tsp plain yogurt (in place of sour cream), 1 TBSP guacamole, 1/2 TBSP green salsa, 1/2 C chopped romaine lettuce*, 3/4 C chicken breast* sauteéd in coconut oil* and lime juice*, and 2 TBSP of shredded cheddar cheese. And then some green grapes* for dessert. Just. Can't. Wait.

Trying to get protein in every meal. Have to start incorporating more veggies for breakfast too. And have to definitely start drinking more water - I'm so bad at that.
My little dog Patches O'Haggard and I walked about 1/2 mile and then I jumped on the treadmill for 10 minutes (2% incline, 3.2) when we got back home. Got another 20 squats in today too!
I really feel like I can do this! Achieve my goal of hitting 125 lbs. Haven't seen that weight in FOREVER!!!
