So excited that the scale was UNDER 150! Feeling pretty darn great right now!
Another protein rich breakfast. English muffin sandwhich: Thomas' Original English Muffin, egg* sauteéd in coconut oil*, 2 maple sausage links, one slice yellow American cheese, 1 TBSP ketchup*.
I ate breakfast around 11 by the time I got done with some morning crap and it kept me full and satisfied until 5 pm! #whattheheck
So for dinner I had my lunch smoothie. A creamy, delicious and filling green smoothie! 1 C fresh baby kale/spinach mix*, 1 small ripe avocado (palm sized), 1/2 C oat milk*, 1/2 tsp vanilla*, 3/4 vanilla yogurt*, 1/2 tsp turmeric*, dash black pepper, 1/2 TBSP agave*. Super yummy!!
I imagine I might be a bit munchie before I go to bed so I think I'll try the dragon fruit* I bought. Never had one so we'll see what it's like.
Did 3-lb weights with arms and core today along with my favorite squats. I did a lot of walking this afternoon shopping so that definitely counted towards the daily exercise. Working into this whole exercise thing. I did pick up some Jillian Michaels Impact work-out clothes at Kmart today at 30% off!
