
First time I've EVER eaten better AND gotten exercise for more than 2 days at a time. Holy crap! That's amazing!
Super yummy breakfast tacos today. 1 egg* scrambled with pico de gallo* and 1 maple sausage link for each taco, green salsa, guacamole, yogurt* in place of sour cream, and 2 small corn tortillas (100 cal for 2).
Lunch will be undoubtedly be a smoothie. Maybe an apple pie oatmeal smoothie today.
Dinner will be another pork chop with mashed cauliflower and a side salad.

Organized and collected all my exercise DVD's, books, equipment yesterday - all the stuff I bought to inspire me to get off my butt years ago - that I never really used - UNTIL NOW!! I'm actually super excited to start using this stuff and thats a whole new feeling for me! I'm going to look for a picture that will be my goal body look - toned, fit, healthy.
