Well I had to adjust my eating plan... My husband and I did some shopping today and he wanted to stop at Red Robin for lunch. OMG!! WHY NOW??!!??

Thoughts of a juicy burger loaded with every topping and melted cheese, a stack of onion rings and that oh so good-created-by-God campfire sauce... I was breaking out in a cold sweat... What do I DOOOO??

Well, order smartly for starters. Hot cup of tea with lemon. I didn't want a salad so I opted for the BLTA croissant. A small croissant that is airy and not as bready as a bun nor as big. It has turkey and only 2 small slices of bacon (yes its fatty...) for protein, avocado for a healthy fat, a bit of mayo, tomato, and a bunch of romain lettuce on it. On average I estimated it was 600 cal.

It came with fries. I haven't had fries in a year at least. I had a few so I'm guessing I added 200 cal for that side dish. So all in all my guess is I had an 800 cal lunch.

So with that meal for lunch, I'll have a smoothie for dinner and it'll probably be the apple pie oatmeal smoothie. 1 4-oz container of cinnamon applesauce*, 1/2 C oat milk*, 1 TBSP oat bran*, 1/2 tsp cinnamon*, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 3/4 cottage cheese*, 1/2 tsp turmeric*, dash of black pepper, dash of cumin.
