I've decided that I will treat myself to a one day a week NO SCALE DAY! Like a reward for losing weight and getting healthy. And I've decided Sunday was the perfect day for just that treat, so every Sunday for the next 4 weeks I will NOT weigh myself. I know I will be making progress without even stepping on that digital weight reading machine.
I had a english muffin breakfast sandwhich with 3 thin slices of ham off bone, fat trimmed, and one slice of yellow American cheese all washed down with a half glass of 1% milk. Protein protein protein.
The other times I've 'dieted' I went to far to the extreme with not including small amounts of foods that I crave. Foods that comfort me. Foods that I grew up with that make me happy. So as long as I get bits and pieces of them while I'm changing up my eating habits and incorporating a variety of exercises - because I get bored really quickly! - I know I'll be successful at this DietBet endeavour.
Lunch will be a smoothie for sure! The avocado kale spinach version.
Dinner will be a pork chop with sauteéd onions and a tomato soup gravy and mashed cauliflower with some dragonfruit for dessert topped with a bit of vanilla yogurt.
