Well here I am at one week! I survived and feel really great! Day 6, Sunday was a day off from the scale and exercise. A day of mental and physical rest if you will. And then todays weight was no change from Day 5. Thats a great thing!!
Today will be more fall housekeeping tasks and a nice long walk/jog this afternoon since the sun is shining and the air is fresh!
Breakfast was a fat-trimmed, ham off bone and egg english muffin sandwhich with a bit of ketchup and milk.
Lunch will be... drum roll please... a SMOOTHIE!!
Dinner will be zoodles, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes in a light alfredo type sauce with a side salad. And an apple for dessert I think.
