I'm still on my whole-house-deep-cleaning kick. Spending an entire day deep cleaning one room at a time. Moving furniture around, cleaning blinds, windows, floors, shelves, everything! On my feet all day except for meals, and then I've been doing a bit of yoga before bed or squeezing in squats during the day. Not really a sweaty type of exercise but I've been accomplishing a lot and it's better than sitting!

Had a really good breakfast on 1 scrambled egg with 1 TBSP of cottage cheese topped with 2 TBSP of guacamole and 1 TBSP of plain greek yogurt all sitting on top of 2 slices of polenta with 1/2 C of 1% milk.

Lunch was a new smoothie! 1 whole banana, 1 C fresh baby spinach, 3/4 banilla yogurt (my new favorite flavor!), 1/2 C vanilla oat milk, 1/2 TSP turmeric, dash black pepper, 1/2 TSP vanilla. Yummy!

Dinner was a very large salad and the last pork chop. And a Yasso yogurt bar for dessert. Love those things!!!!

Still can't get the whole drinking water thing down yet. Ugh.
