Day 1 went very well. :) 

I was very excited to start this adventure, and now that I have 3 lovely firends doing this with me, it's that much better. 

I planned my meals, brought them with me.. & actually stopped to EAT them. 

My water intake could have been better,  and I will make more of an effort tomorrow on that. 

Went for a great 45 min brisk walk with Lara to the beach and back, and it felt great! 

I am below my calorie goal for the day, which I know isnt a great thing, as part of my problem is skipping meals then eating to much at one sitting.  But I DID space my meals out today, and ate protein based at each one of them. 

 

Going to bed early so that I can nget up early and exercise,  I have a 12 hour day tomorrow.
