Just made it through only half of Jillian's Six Week Six Pack Level 1 routine. Holy momma what a work out. I'm feeling muscles in my derriere from yesterday's Buns & Thigh routine. Did better than I thought considering how she beat me up last night. Totally need to practice my side planks. They are brutally difficult!

Egg and one slice of ham-off-bone on an english muffin with 1/2 glass of milk for breakfast. Good proteins!
