No change in weight for today so I'll take that as a 'good job'.

Thinking about some small breakfast tacos and maybe a hot chocolate today to take the chill off.

Had tomato soup yesterday for lunch... 300 calories for 2 cups. Totally wanted a grilled cheese sandwhich to dunk it and devour but... More than I wanted to eat. So after digging around in the pantry I found a mini pack of some cheddar whole wheat goldfish leftover from my grandkids visit. At 120 calories it was the perfect cheesy thing to toss in the soup. So it satisfied the cheesy taste that I wanted!

Dinner was a great salad but at 8 pm. Later than I wanted to eat but had no choice.

Today's lunch I'm thinking a pineapple coconut smoothie or a blueberry oat smoothie or some other delicious smoothie!

Dinner is totally zoodles in alfredo with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes and asparagus.
