I am under the impression that the first three days of starting anything in life is the hardest. I really think it is a mental barrier that we all must overcome to reach whatever goals we are trying to achieve. 

For whatever reason, food is one of those things I have a hard time getting over those three days. I will eat extremely healthy the first two, then fail the third to keep on track. I am not sure about what to do for this, and I am hoping by writing out my concerns maybe I will get through tomorrow (day 3) and not fail myself. 

Any thoughts?
