Another day at 147.8 is a great day! I'll take it.

Trying to add in two healthy carbs (fruit, beans, etc.) and one vegetable to breakfast every day now along with my two proteins and healthy fat. So far I'm really liking it. It fills me up, gives me energy, and I seem to go a lot longer before getting the munchies or even hungry for lunch.

Been drinking much more water. Have a cup of organic tea with breakfast and bottles of water during the day. Its a start.

Dinners have been one protein, two vegetables, and one carb, and a healthy fat.

This dietary switch seems to be working out so far. 3 more pounds to go - at least!

Feeling pretty darn good half way through this.
