Well I'm trying a new exercise motivation - put my exercise clothes on first! Eat a healthy breakfast, put on the Impact clothes from Jillian which by the way I love!, do a couple things around the house, then exercise.

Created a new lunch smoothie yesterday. Pretty darn good. 2 C of spinach/kale mix, 1 banana, 2 TBSP chia seeds, 1/2 C yogurt, 1/2 C coconut milk, 1 coconut water ice cube, and about 1 tsp or so of agave. Really fresh, light, but thick thanks to the chia seeds.

Starting to freak a bit though I gotta tell ya. 3 pounds in 2 weeks seems like a lot right now for some reason. When I started this, 6 pounds in 30 days seemed like nothing. Hello real world!
