Less than 3 pounds to go! Hit 147.2 this morning. So proud of myself right now. Wow.
Figured out having a nice big healthy proper proportioned breakfast is the key. It lasts longer from a hunger standpoint and gives me lots of energy.
Then fruit/veggie smoothie for lunch and a bit of protein - if I'm hungry. More water to drink than I have before and then a healthy light dinner.
