I have been successful losing weight when I go totally 'strict' be restricting certain foods. However, we all know that isn't long lasting. As soon as I lose a certain amount, I go back to eating the way I used to and of course, all of the weight reappears.  When I heard about dietbet and 'transformer', I thought this has the potential to work. Slow and steady!  I do get impatient because I want the weight to come off asap so I'm going to have to wrap my head around making small changes. In this way, hopefully the weight will come off and stay off. I start my first game in 2 days! I love seeing the pics of everyone here. :)
