I started Chris Freytag's 28 day challenge in May (Prevention Magazine) but my mom died that month and I lost my motivation.  Well I'm back at it now and trying Chris' 28 DietBet 4.  Eating clean, nutritious and exercise never hurt anyone.   It's those bad habits that derail us...working on keeping my focus and if I can,  I'll will be sucessful with the DietBet 4!  Looking forward to change.
