Overall, 2016 has been great for me. I've rocked this weight loss stuff...except for the past 2 months when I became a chocolate-eating sloth on vacation.

Exercise? That sounds like a disease. Vegetables? Pft. Sugar? Let me bring my dump truck and load on up!

I had good intentions. I would go to bed with a plan to get up early and work out. I would wake up randomly throughout the night and laugh at the thought. Why work out when you can sleep?

But I want to finish the year strong. For the first time since October (or whenever my colour run was), I laced up my running shoes and went to the gym.

I've joined a StepBet and vow to win this one (technical issues with my phone aside).
